2. The purpose of data collection is to confirm and fulfil orders, present offers, settle payments, and issue invoices

3. The basis for the processing of your personal data is Regulation (EU) 2016/579 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2018.

4. You have the right to access your data and to rectify, delete or restrict its processing, as well as the right to object, request the cessation of processing and transfer of data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection

5. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary for achieving the purposes listed in point 2. In case of failure to provide data, the purpose cannot be fulfilled

6. Your data will be disclosed to:

our employees who must have access to the data in connection with performing their duties
entities supporting us in the customer service process
entities operating our ICT systems
entities providing accounting and legal services to us
entities conducting postal and courier activities
public administration authorities, if required by law, administrative decision, or court judgment

7. The data you provide will not be subject to profiling

8. The data controller does not intend to transfer data to third countries or international organisations.

9. Personal data will be stored for the period specified by law.
